High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the Walk in cooler observed cheese (50 F - Cold Holding); ham (52F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (50F - Cold Holding), as per manager the walking cooler door was left opened for some time, she also stated that the cooler has been holding proper temperature. Manager closed the cooler door and inspected employees not to opened it until the temperature dropped. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water leaking from the air conditioning vent by the walk in cooler.
