Open package of hotdogs missing date mark inside reach-in cooler. Manager stated they were opened last week and voluntarily discarded them during this inspection. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink filled with pan lids and blocked by table/boxes on floor in front of handwash sink. Manager removed items from sink and moved boxes away. Inspector recommended moving table away from handwash sink for better access. Corrective Action Taken
