High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Walk in cooler- Chicken wings 44F, bulk raw ground beef 45F, raw shrimp 44F ( 3:30-5:40). Door was accidentally left open. Ice was placed on TCS items to reduce temperatures. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Handwashing sink in kitchen/ ware washing are 84F.
