Basic - Standing water in bottom of walk -in-cooler. Observed standing water on the walk in cooler on the floor used for beverage cooler. Manager notify engineering at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Observed water draining slowly in the handwashing sink located in the hallway for service area. Engineering notify at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed mixer has old food debris left on the surface.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed two ceilings tiles has brown water spots from ceiling leaking( dish machine room) Chef Anthony notify engineering. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee sorting dirty silverware wearing gloves after finished, change gloves did not wash hands. Observed employee touch clean dishes, from the conveyor dishmachine) Recommend training for employees, Explained procedures, at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken
