Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed sticky surface on the mats stored inside reach in cooler used for beverages.(Main Service Bar)

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed syrup leaking on the floor from the bag in the box. Per Manager Engineering notify. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle unlabeled hanging on the hand wash sink, located behind the bar.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels provided for hand wash sink located in the kitchen. Corrected On-Site
