Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed two brown cutting board has stains left on the surface used for the limes, also in the bakery area Chef removed at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like growth around the handle on the interior of the ice machine.

Basic - No waste receptacle installed at handwash sink provided with disposable towels. Observed no trash can near the hand sink located next to the blast chiller.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed chocolate spilled on the walk in cooler floor.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up on the condenser inside walk in the walk in freezer.

High Priority - Lactic acid sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized.Lactic acid,170 ppm.Afterwards,1875 ppm.Battery is low which probably resulted in the low reading of the lactic acid. Corrected On-Site
