Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Checked the temperature hand wash sink 70°f the water heater was turned off. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no thermometer provided for the ice cream freezer.

Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler used for the beer kegs has beer spilled in the bottom.
