High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee sitting and on the phone, customer entered the establishment and employee put on gloves. Asked the employee to remove gloves and properly wash hands.

High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee rub hands for approximately 5 seconds and wash hands for less than 15 seconds.

High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 1 flying insect in the back prep area not landing in food

Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed Genesis Moro Manager certification however employee stated she does not work at the location anymore.
