High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of spring rolls 50°f, vegetable egg roll 51°f, shrimp and pork dumplings 46°f, chicken and corn dumplings 47°f, shrimp dumplings 47°f stored inside top panel reach in cooler less than 4 hours recommend to quick chill egg rolls. Manager notify refrigeration company at time of inspection. Repeat Violation** inspection 12/16/2025. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed heavy cream not date marked stored inside walk in cooler over night.

Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled spray bottle has blue liquid inside hanging next to plastic cups in the front service area.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking faucets on 3 compartment sink and hand wash sink located back prep kitchen.
