Intermediate - Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection... cooling with covered sausages 70F, ambient cooling boiled eggs 50F in reach in cooler . Took another temperature after about an hour . Sausage 58F, boiled eggs 50F . Employee removed food to coldest area to cool fast . Corrective Action Taken
