Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) Operator had detergent hooked up to sanitizer line. Operator replaced with chlorine sanitizer, rechecked 100ppm chlorine sanitizer. Corrected On-Site
