Observed employee handling pizza sauce in kitchen, per operator employee is pizza driver employed for approximately 4 month, inspector explained to operator that all employee engaging in food preparation must require a food handlers certificate after 60 days of hire.

Observed employee touching garbage cans with bare hands ,followed by assembled to go pizza boxes with out washing hands. Educated staff on proper hand washing procedures.
