Employee that was working 2 week per manager did not know when doing dishes that they need to sanitize pans and utensils . Manager showed employee how to set up sinks properly. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed at rear door near bathroom.
