Observed the dishwasher machine testing at around 10ppm. Discussed setting up three compartment sink. Tested sink at 150ppm. Warning

High Priority - Live, small flying insects found. Observed 20 flying insects around the fountain drink dispenser ( non landing on food contact ) . Manager started to treat area and was able to eradicate about 15 of them . Corrective Action Taken Warning
