Detail 21759237

High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee used gloves on raw beef and changed gloves with no hand wash before working with cooked burgers and clean equipment. This McDonald's store has a blue glove policy which allows an employee to move from raw to clean utensils and cooked foods with glove change only. Discussed with Supervisor Allison Meakins who instructed me to reach out and get a corporate contact number of so this may be discussed further. This McDonald's establishment will change this process until glove usage can be verified.
