Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 ppm chlorine when run three times- manager stated part on order - the compartment of the triple sink set up with sanitizer 200 ppm quaternary , dishes to be washed and rinsed in dish machine then sanitized in compartment of triple sink until dish machine is working properly .
