Educated employee on use of hand wash sink for that purpose only. She cleaned out the hand wash sink. Corrected On-Site

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Some employees did not have employee training at time of inspection. Educated employee that new staff must be trained within 60 days of hire. Corrective Action Taken
