High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter and cream cheese for customer self service at 55F. Salsa at self service 65F. Voluntarily discarded. Inspector discussed utilizing reach-in cooler at customer self service for cream cheese and butter rather than ice packets to keep food items cold. Manager relocated items to freezer to cool. Corrective Action Taken
