Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. This restaurant has been in the process of getting licensed since September 2024. They were put on plan review during licensing over renovations done before opening. Establishment has two sets of plans, Dated and approved 12-17-24 and the second was sent to plan reviewer Ossian on 1-17-25. In a discussion with Denise Cunningham and plan review there was no evidence of plans with that date being submitted. The manager of the establishment has reached out to his office to ask that they submit the most current accurate plans plan review for approval. Indoor bar area: ice machine removed, drain board and glass washer removed and is now. Handwash sink has been removed in area next to where ice bin was located. Outdoor bar: drain board near cold holding unit removed. Drain boards on both sides of sink removed and are now storage. Ice bin removed. Kitchen: cold holding unit added, pizza oven added, handsink removed on cookline. Burner and steamer removed from back kitchen, there are now storage racks. - From follow-up inspection 2024-09-13: Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2024-09-16: Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-14: Plans have been received by Plan Reviewer Ossian. Walked plans received by plan review and there were several changes. I advised the operator to send in new plans. Deficiency letter sent out 10/29/24. Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2024-12-17: Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2025-01-17: Most recent plans on file from 12/17/24 do not match establishment. Server station missing on plans. There is a freestyle machine, handwash sink. Ice machine located in kitchen next to reach in cooler. Both are not on plans.
