High Priority - Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Employee came from the bathroom and used hand sanitizer when entering the kitchen. Employee then touched an order to be delivered to a customer. Discussed the need to wash hands in the restroom and then in the kitchen when returning to work.
