Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Beverage with pink liquid inside a styrofoam cup on the cutting board while slicing strawberries. The beverage was removed. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Gaskets on the reach in cooler door. Flip top reach in cooler across from the cook line.

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Screen door.

Basic - Food stored on floor. A bag of onions on the floor inside the walk in cooler. The onions removed from off the floor. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Ice scoop on the ledge of the ice machine. Was removed to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Raw fruits/vegetables (strawberries) washed prior to preparation and placed back into the container that it was purchased in. The operator washed the strawberries and placed in a clean stainless steel container. Corrective Action Taken
