When using hand washing sink on serviceline, water backup from floor drain on serviceline. Floor drain is in front of coffee station, tea urns and soda machine. Only one person working, did not see them walking in water. Operator has mopped up water. Observed operator wash hand in kitchen area, when needed. Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2022-03-21: Observed waste water backing up in floor drain on server line, when running water in hand washing sink on serviceline. Operator has called plumbers, will be here midweek. Operator has wet vacuum in drain to stop water from backup on floor. Observed no water backup on floor. Observed no people walking thru water. But will backup if hand sink is used. Not using hand sink at this time,1 cook and 1server (operator) washing hands in kitchen hand washing sink.. Admin Complaint
