Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor behind the ice machine has a white build up.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets on the top bottom reach in freezer at the beginning of the cook line across from the hand washing sink. The manager assigned an employee to clean the gasket. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee grabbed a bag of French fries with her hands over the top of the fries creating bare hand contact with a ready to eat product vs grabbing the French fries from the side. The manager informed the employees to grab from the side. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed employee drink and food container next to employee food bin and above eggs in walk in cooler. Manager got another container and put items in it. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed black half pan stored in hand sink next to three compartment sink. Had employee remove Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee phone on expo line. Observed jacket and bag on shelf above prep line. Manager removed all items Corrected On-Site

Container of American cheese by hot holding station, and third pan of whipped butter pats on expo station. Manager time marked Corrected On-Site

Basic - Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dish machine was not running any water, once manager got water running, it was leaking on floor. Manager will get machine serviced and set up three compartment sink Corrective Action Taken
