High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature: observed a box of shelled eggs on shelf in walk-in cooler over a bin of thawing swai fillets. Additionally, there is a pan of repackaged chicken tenders on shelf over container of baked beans and collard greens. General Manager moved the eggs to a lower shelf and the beans and collards to the next shelf over. Corrected On-Site
