Upon inspection, no certified food manager present with 4 employees engaged in food preparation.

Intermediate - Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Upon inspection, observed one employee present at establishment with expired training.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans wet nesting above triple sink in prep area.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated dust. Upon inspection observed air vent in dining room and above cash register with dust present.
