Cooked chicken by fryers has been placed on time as a public health control without a time marking. Per manager, chicken was pulled from temperature control 30 minutes prior to inspection.

Owner/Operator rearranged for proper storage. Additionally, inspector gave Proper Storage handout to Owner/Operator for placing on the doors of his walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler for all staff to see. Corrected On-Site
