Observed raw chicken stored over raw ground beef in the upright 2-door cooler outside of the kitchen. The operator properly stored the raw chicken. Corrected On-Site

Observed cooked rice (52F - Cold Holding) stored stacked above the fill line in the top section of the reach in cooler on the opposite side of the cook line.
