Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed their dish machine at 0ppm chlorine. Operator finagled with some of the pipes and reran it a couple of times until it tested at 100ppm. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed an employee use their hand sink to rinse a scrubby. Operator reviewed with the employee on the sinks proper use. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed their sanitizer buckets at 250ppm chlorine. Operator remade them to 100ppm. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Observed debris build up on the top of the dish machine.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed two employee jackets stored over single service articles in the dry storage area. Operator removed them. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed two employees wearing watches while preparing food. Operator had them take them off. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed their drive through ice scoop handle in contact with ice in their ice machine. Operator removed it. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the warewashing hand wash sink with utensils and a drink lid inside. Operator removed the items. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee handle food while wearing multiple bracelets. Operator had them removed them. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Observed the dumpster lid open. Operator closed the lid. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed a missing hand wash sign at the dishwashing area sink.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed grease build up on the back wall in dry storage. Operator cleaned the wall. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in double door Reachin Freezer.
