Observed an employee go from dirty dishes to clean dishes without washing their hands. Operator had them rerun the dishes and wash their hands Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks stored next to clean dishes on the cook line and next to food in the bread prep area. Operator removed them. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed a scoop handle in contact with tomatoes on the cook line. Operator removed the scoop. Corrected On-Site
