Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed throughout kitchen on back sides of reach in door handles, food build up.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed by driver station, the very first hand washing sink when you walk into kitchen with no paper towels. Operator stated that they were out of paper towels. The other two hand washing sinks have them.
