Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Observed women's restroom door not tight fitting.

Observed reach-in cooler beside cook line ambient temperature 53F. The GM called maintenance for reach-in cooler to be serviced. Corrective Action Taken
