Observed no vomit cleaning plan. Emailed operator updated Body Fluid Cleaning Plan. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in chest freezer by back service area window.

High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed sanitizer bucket at 0ppm. Operator corrected to 50ppm. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Beef in refrigeration at 45F. Spoke to operator about cooling before stacking in refrigeration.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pork in container on griddle at 71F hot holding. Operator to heat in microwave to 165F, then hold above 135F.

Intermediate - Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Observed water pressure too low to properly wash hands. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the Manager. Repeat Violation

Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometer in 2 door Reachin Cooler .

Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed partially defrosted beans being thawed at room temperature.

High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed sanitizer bucket at 200ppm. Operator corrected to 50 ppm. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed inspection stickers on unit, but, did not observe 2" license number on unit. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Observed slow running water at Hand washing sink. Operator will check filter and get serviced.
