In walk in cooler Milk, coleslaw, chicken salad, cream cheese, (44-47°F - Cold Holding); Person in charge states unit has been open prior to inspection. Unit is blowing cold air at 41°F. Rechecked temperatures at the end of inspection, some items reached 43°F, other still at 44-47°F. Person in charge called for repair service during inspection. In maketop sausage 51°F item above fill line. Person in charge moved some below. In sliding door display case Cheese, deli meat (48°F - Cold Holding). Unit is currently in defrost mode during inspection person in charge states has not been out of temperature for longer than 4 hours. Corrective Action Taken Warning
