High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employees showed up to work and put on gloves and began to portion out cobbler, but did not wash hands before putting gloves on. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of sanitizer stored hanging facing rolls of aluminum pans and foil on metal tub under front counter, bottle moved. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Soda nozzles dumped in hand wash station sink at front counter to air dry.

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink over prep table in small prep area between front line and ware washing area, drink removed. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Build up of debris behind large ice machines by bathrooms. Build up of food debris on flooring under racks in walk in freezer. Also build up of water on flooring outside around smokers and walk in cooler, manager began to clear off water. Corrective Action Taken
