High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Male employee touched clothes then continued to work without washing hands. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. At drink counter, dishes with butter buckets in bowls being used from one person to another. Also, in reach in cooler near office, butter packets 66F. Manager stated,item is left out through morning. Discussed not reserving Time/Tempurature Control for Safety foods and need for temperature control or Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) for butter.
