High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 1) garlic in oil on prep table (68F - Cold Holding); ricotta cheese on prep table (69F - Cold Holding) Person in charge added oil and garlic to time sheet.
