High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed personal raw shell eggs stored above ready to eat cooked noodles in walk-in cooler. Person in charge moved eggs to other shelf away from establishment food.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed wonton soup (128F - Hot Holding) person in charge stated for less than 2 hours. Person in charge turned table up too high to reheat soup.
