Observed cooked potatoes wrapped in plastic wrap with a date mark 2/17. Person in charge stated they reused plastic wrap and the label is the wrong date. Person in charge added correct date mark. Corrective Action Taken

Observed cooked potatoes (69F - Cold Holding); ambient air raw shell eggs (69F - Cold Holding) left on counter for less than two hours per food employee. Discussed with food employee and they placed product back in reach in cooler too cool. Corrective Action Taken
