Missing for cream cheese topping on donuts in display case at front counter, per manager they usually write it down on clipboard, but ran out of the papers they use and topping was taken out about 2 hours ago.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Mop sink has vacuum breaker installed over splitter. Operator relocated the vacuum breaker to the correct location. Corrected On-Site
