High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed two cans of hunts ketchup (7lb, 2oz each) with dented seams. Operator pulled them out for return to supplier during inspection.

Basic - Floor and wall junctures not coved in food preparation/storage/warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed hardened cement at the base of the walls under the 3 compartment sink and hand sink in the rear of the kitchen. No cove molding.
