Open pan containing raw hamburger meat stored on shelf directly above package of whole portions of beef that has not been needle injected or blade tenderized. Manager moved the in-tact beef above the ground beef during this inspection. 2. Bowl containing pooled raw eggs (french toast mix) stored on shelf directly above flat containing raw shell eggs inside reach-in cooler at front counter. An employee moved the french toast mix to the bottom shelf during this inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee at front counter cleaned thr cutting board with a wiping cloth with gloved hands, then proceeded to plate biscuits and gravy without washing hands or changing gloves.
