Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed counter around handwashing sink faucet located beside front counter with accumulation of debris.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed 2 boxes of single serve lids stored on floor in dry storage area.

Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed multiple employees engaged in food prep without hair restraints.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed 6 cases of tomatoes stored under storage rack on floor in walk-in cooler.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall and hood vents above cook line with accumulation of grease.
