Observed half eaten sandwich on counter near front service area, multiple employee drinks in improper containers and locations. Employees shall consume food in approved areas away from food preparation areas. PIC discarded sandwich and beverages.

Observed ice cream cakes stored in freezer uncovered. Food which is being stored must be covered. PIC covered the cakes with plastic wrap and placed back in freezer.

Observed ice bins not in use with lids left open and subject to contamination. Informed PIC that ice bins must remain closed when not in use. PIC closed ice bins.
