Observed employee cutting limes with no gloves (bare hand contact). Discussed with PIC, limes are not cooked and are served with tacos after being cut. CA: Bare hand contact is prohibited with ready to eat foods. COS: Limes were discarded. Uncut limes were rewashed to be cut by employee wearing proper gloves.
