Observed a pan of raw shell eggs stored above shredded cheese in reach-in cooler and cases of raw shell eggs stored above cases of sliced cheese in walk-in cooler. CA: Discussed storage order with PIC and difference in shell eggs vs pasteurized liquid eggs. PIC moved eggs to correct location

Observed employee personal redbull can sitting on prep top table next to grill. CA: PIC had employee put drink in single service cup with lid and straw and store in designated area

Observed excessive grease and debris along baseboards and floors of facility throughout but especially in dry storage areas. CA: PIC should have areas cleaned frequently enough to maintain cleanliness to sight

Observed unlabeled working spray bottle of a chemical solution. CA: Discussed with PIC. PIC was uncertain if it was sanitizer or bathroom cleaner. Instructed PIC to discard contents and moving forward label all working bottles of chemicals.
