3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
EHS observed the following hot water temperatures in the bathrooms to be exceeding the 120F limit:
- Rm 120 (128)
- Rm 124 (127)
- Rm 226 (123)
- Rm 305 (123)
- Rm 323 (127)

511-6-2-.07(2) - Hot Water Supply Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F.
CA: EHS advised the PIC that the water heater should be adjusted so that water temperatures in rooms do not exceed 120F
