HES observed two employees handling food with jewelry on. One employee had on a ring and the other employee had a apple watch on while fixing customers orders.

EHS observed the reach in freezer towards that front had spilled Italian ice at the bottle of the unit. In the kitchen located in the back needs to be cleaned. The bottom of the units there is food debris and stains from product.

CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are routinely cleaning equipment to reduce stains and food debris from appearing.

EHS observed personal items throughout the facility. On the shelf by the drive thru window there was a purse and a cup. In the back kitchen. There is a black shirt and a half empty water bottle stored on top of the ice cream machine. Also, in the reach in freezer there was two Italian ice cups (that belonged to employees) being stored on the same rack that with items that they use in the facility.

CA-PIC trashed the Italian ice that belonged to employees and EHS showed him how they can create a designated area for employees items and making sure that it is separated from items that they use in the facility.
