Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(d) - (d) the water turbidity is such that the suction outlet/main drain cover or a standard white marker tile on the bottom of the deepest portion of the pool cannot be seen.
Upon entering pool area, EHS was unable to see bottom of the pool ( or floor drains at deep end. CPO stated that ASP turned the pump for pool off after and was suppose to re-visit.

Observed facility's need to clean the skimmer baskets. EHS informed the PIC of the need to have the CPO clean the skimmer baskets.
Observed low alkalinity and calcium hardness levels. EHS informed the PIC of the need for the CPO to balance the water chemistry.

EHS observed pool risks signs missing the following rules: 1. Shower before entering the water.
All children three years old and younger and any child not potty-trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or a water resistant swim diaper.
Do not swim if the suction outlets are missing, broken, or not clearly visible from the deck.
Do not swallow the pool water.
Do not dive unless diving area is clear of other bathers

Regional Manager spoke with EHS and will have signs made and delivered to facility. This was COS. Facility has all other 6 rules:
Children shall not use pool without an adult in attendance.
Adults should not swim alone.
No glass articles allowed in or around pool.
Do not swim if you had diarrhea within the past two weeks.
No animals are allowed in the pool or pool enclosure, except service animals are allowed on the deck.
EHS observed broken flow meter in pump room. Flow meter was operable. EHS informed PIC that flow meter has to be in operation. PIC contacted ASP
EHS observed alkalinity reading below the minimum reading of 60. EHS informed PIC that alkalinity ideal reading is between 80-100. CPO will adjust chemicals. This must be corrected by 05/20/24

EHS observed a broken water fountain. Head of maintenance turned on water and water was flowing from pipe instead of water fountain head. In order for pool to be permitted for pool season, facility must have an operational water fountain.
.(18)(4) (16) At least one drinking fountain shall be provided and available to users at the pool site.
Head of maintenance left facility to grab supplies to repair water fountain. This must be corrected by 05/17/24
