16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed leak at faucet of the prep sink; faucet of the 3C sink (r) System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. EHS informed the PIC of the need to have the sink repaired.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed damaged hood vent panel above small oven. (6) Maintenance and Operation.
(a) Good Repair and Proper Adjustment.
- Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition. EHS informed the PIC of the need to have the panel replaced as it is damaged.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed dust accumulation on ceiling tiles/vents, facility in need of deep cleaning(under equipment), rear walls in the dry storage area in need of cleaning and cleaning front cabinets under register. (b) Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions.

The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.

Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed, such as after closing. EHS informed the PIC of the need to clean the ceiling tiles and vents.

Observed walk in cooler floor still damaged(coming up at least 3 inches in height); mat placed on top damaged portion of floor. (5) Maintenance and Operation.
(a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. EHS spoke with the manager about the repairs; repairs are still in talk.

Observed facility's need to re-install FRP strip on the back wall in the dry storage to seal the are where the FRP meets the tile coving(opening present). (5) Maintenance and Operation.
(a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. EHS informed the manager of the need to have the area repaired.
