EHS observed dirty air filters in rooms 104, 204, and 208. Also, in rooms 119 and 206 there were no air filters in the ac unit. In addition to in rooms 119, 206 and 208 the microwaves were dirty. In room 208 the fridge also was dirty.

Corrective action- PIC needs to ensure that housekeeping is cleaning each microwaves and refrigerators and making sure they are cleaning the air filters as well.

Room 119- Stain on mattress sheets and mattress pad. Room 104- Hair on mattress pad. Room 206- Dirt on the mattress sheets and pest on the mattress sheet also. Room 208- Stained sheet and mattress pad.

Corrective action- PIC needs to ensure that housekeeping are properly washing each sheet and mattress pads. Once they make the beds in the clean rooms that they double check to make sure the sheets and mattress pads are free from dirt and hair.
