27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(5) - condition of furnishings
EHS observed the front interior surface of the microwaves in rooms 204 and 207 to be rusting, the paint peeling, and generally in need of maintanance.
511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin.
CA: Advised PIC that all appliances are to be maintained in good repair; observed microwaves must either be repaired to original finish or replaced

EHS observed the a/c unit filter in room 109 to be dirty and the filter in room 204 to be damaged, in need of replacemant.
511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin.
CA: Advised PIC to ensure housekeeping is regularly cleaning the a/c filters to prevent dust accumulation and filters are to be discarded and replaced when visible damaged
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(6) - bed, bedding, and linens
EHS observed the following:
- Room 104 - stains on top layer of linen
- Room 106 - hole in pillow cover
- Room 109 - hairs on sheets
- Room 204 - stains on mattress pad
- Room 207 - stains on sheets and mattress pad
511-6-2-.14(6) - Bed, Bedding, and Linens Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly.
CA: Advised PIC that the observed linen items with stains or hairs should be cleaned and replaced. If stains persists on linen items after repeated washes, facility is to discard and replace those items
